1. Products & Availability

All products offered on the Jawelle Skin website are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw any product from sale at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by Jawelle Skin.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Payment is collected in full at the time of order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support.jawelleskin@gmail.com with your order number.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Warranties

The Jawelle™ Collagen Sculpt Wrap is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Liability

Jawelle Skin shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from a purchase made on our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
